•Worldwide Shipping (insured) take 7-14 business days to be processed and shipped.

•We are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery info.

Please Note: If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, Before contacting us, you should verify: *Checking the tracking number on your email.

•Make sure we have the correct delivery address & contact details for your order.

•Checking at a local Post Office and look on safe areas, the driver may have left near you.

We do not refund money for any purchases of items online. Items are only to be exchanged if damaged.

Special Orders & Sale are never returnable. If you need to send them back, you have only 3 days from the date you received your order.

Please make sure your items are returned (new/unused) and with all D'mor Collection labels & receipt and the exchange will be made within 30 days from the date on which you requested.
